Beyond Borders Tour Organizer is a global travel agency focused on creating transformative study and cultural experiences for students aged 14-24. We specialize in immersive language and cultural programs, study vacations, and exchange years across five continents, helping students gain international exposure and language skills.
Who can join your programs?
Our programs are open to students aged 14-24 who are passionate about learning new languages and cultures. You don’t need to have prior travel experience; our programs are designed to support first-time travelers as well as seasoned adventurers.
How do I sign up for a program?
Signing up is easy! You can apply directly through our website by filling out the online application form. Once submitted, a member of our team will contact you to finalize the process, including visa requirements, payment, and other logistics. Be sure to check the application deadlines for each program.

What are the destinations offered?
We offer programs in a wide range of countries across America, Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Visit our Destinations page for a full list of available countries.
Do you offer language certification preparation?
Yes! Our Exchange Year program includes preparation for recognized language certification exams, such as IELTS, DELF/DALF, DELE, and JLPT, as well as enrollment in local schools for full language immersion.
ACCOMODATION AND SUPPORT
Where will I stay during the program?
Students can choose from homestays with carefully selected local families, dormitory accommodations with fellow students, or private student residences, depending on the destination and program.
Is there support during the program?
Absolutely! We provide a comprehensive support system including local coordinators, 24/7 emergency assistance, and an orientation to help students adjust to their new environment.
​PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. We offer flexible installment options for longer programs. Full payment is required one month before the start of short-term programs and two months before the start of long-term programs.
TRAVEL AND SAFETY
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is included in the program fees, but it is mandatory. We recommend obtaining comprehensive travel insurance, including medical coverage, trip cancellations, and emergency evacuation.
How does the agency ensure safety abroad?
We take safety seriously. Beyond Borders works with trusted local partners to provide secure accommodation and 24/7 emergency assistance. We also monitor political and health situations in all of our destinations and provide students with detailed safety guidelines before departure.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Can you help with visa applications?
Yes, we provide full support for visa applications, including document preparation and submission guidelines. We'll also help you navigate any additional paperwork required for specific destinations.
Do you offer university or career development services?
For longer-term programs, we provide career development workshops, resume building, and university application assistance. Students who participate in our exchange year program also have the option to take part in career development activities.
